PRIVACY POLICY

Happy Wheels for iOS ("Happy Wheels") is owned and operated by Fancy Force, LLC. (together with its Affiliates, as defined below, "Fancy Force" or "we"). This privacy policy explains how our Affiliates use your personal data ("data") and how you can exercise your right to privacy. For purposes of this Privacy Policy, the term "Affiliates" means, with respect to Fancy Force, any person or entity which controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with, Fancy Force.

ADVERTISING

Happy Wheels personalizes your advertising experience using 3rd party advertisers. The advertisers and their partners may collect and process personal data such as device identifiers, location data, and other demographic and interest data to provide advertising experiences tailored to you. By agreeing and tapping "ACCEPT" at the start of Happy Wheels, you confirm that you are over the age of 16 and have read this privacy policy. To opt out of data tracking related to personalized ads, select "Ask App Not to Track" when you open Happy Wheels for the first time or go to Settings > Privacy > Tracking and turn off the switch next to Happy Wheels.

AFFILIATES PRIVACY POLICIES

FIREBASE/GOOGLE ANALYTICS

Happy Wheels uses Firebase and Google Analytics to understand user behavior and demographical information. Google Analytics allows Fancy Force to see which levels are played, which characters are selected, and which options are modified. Google Analytics also shows what countries our users are located in. However, the IP addresses of users are anonymous and cannot be used to locate users.

To turn off analytics, in the Happy Wheels app, go to Options (the gear icon on the start menu) and uncheck "send feedback". You must then confirm by presing "Don't send."
